Thermocouple connectors are designed to quickly connect and disconnect thermocouples from extension cords. The connector pair consists of a male plug and a female jack. The male plug will have two pins for a single thermocouple and four pins for a double thermocouple. The RTD temperature sensor will have three pins. Thermocouple plugs and jacks are manufactured with thermocouple alloys to ensure the accuracy of the thermocouple circuit.
