Screw Flange Immersion Heater is composed of heating wire and magnesium oxide powder, we usually use Nicr80/20 heating wire, this heating wire can make the heating tube service life longer.
If the customer needs to heat some corrosive liquids, then we recommend the customer to use stainless steel 316 material, which can reduce the rate of corrosion of the heating tube, thus extending the service life of the immersion heater.
