Finned Heating elements for Dry Burning combine electric heating tubes with finned structures. It fully exploits the advantage of fins in increasing the heat dissipation surface area, significantly enhancing the heat exchange efficiency between the heating element and the surrounding fluid (usually air).

Product Features
1. High-efficiency heat exchange: The fins significantly increase the heat dissipation area (typically several to dozens of times that of smooth tubes), greatly enhancing the heat transfer efficiency. Under the same power, the heating speed is faster and the surface temperature of the tubes can be lower (reducing surface load and extending service life).
2. Energy conservation: Higher thermal efficiency means less electrical energy is wasted on the heater body, and more energy is used to heat the target medium (air)..
3. Compact size: Under the condition of requiring the same thermal power output, finned tubes are smaller in size than smooth tubes, saving installation space.
4. Reduce air resistance (compared to certain forms) : Reasonably designed finned tubes can ensure the heat exchange area while having a relatively low air resistance, making them particularly suitable for forced ventilation systems.

Product use instructions
★Do not in outdoor environments with high humidity.
★When the dry burning electric heating tube heats the air, the components should be arranged evenly and crisscrossed to ensure that components have good heat dissipation conditions and that the air passing through can be fully heated.
★The default material for stock items is stainless steel 201, the recommended operating temperature is <250°C. Other temperatures and materials can be customized, with stainless steel 304 selected for temperatures below 00°C and stainless steel 310S selected for temperatures below 800°C.
