How to wire a thermocouple?

The wiring method of thermocouple is as follows:
Thermocouples are generally divided into positive and negative. When wiring, you need to connect one end of the thermocouple to the other end. The terminals of the junction box are marked with positive and negative marks. Generally speaking, the terminal marked with "+" is the positive pole, and the terminal marked with "-" is the negative pole.

When wiring, connect the positive electrode to the hot terminal of the thermocouple and the negative electrode to the cold terminal of the thermocouple. Some thermocouples need to be connected to compensation wires. The positive and negative poles of the compensation wires should correspond to the positive and negative poles of the thermocouple. At the same time, the connection between the hot terminal of the thermocouple and the compensation wire needs to be insulated with insulating materials.

In addition, the output signal of the thermocouple is relatively small, and it needs to be connected to a measuring instrument to read the data. Measuring instruments generally include temperature displays, multi-channel temperature inspection instruments, etc. The output signal of the thermocouple needs to be connected to the input end of the measuring instrument, and then measured and displayed.

It should be noted that the wiring method of thermocouples may vary depending on different models and specifications. Therefore, in actual applications, wiring needs to be carried out according to the specific thermocouple model and wiring requirements. At the same time, in order to ensure safety, it is also necessary to pay attention to the correctness and reliability of wiring to avoid accidents.
