Instructions for thermal oil furnace

Electric thermal oil furnace is a kind of efficient energy saving heat equipment, which is widely used in chemical fiber, textile, rubber and plastic, non-woven fabric, food, machinery, petroleum, chemical industry and other industries. It is a new type, safe, high efficiency and energy saving, low pressure (atmospheric pressure or lower pressure) industrial furnace. The equipment has the advantages of low operating pressure, high heating temperature, precise temperature control, high thermal efficiency, no smoke, no pollution, no flame, and small area.
Electric thermal oil furnace is based on electric heat source, thermal oil as heat transfer medium, using circulating pump forced liquid circulation, to transfer heat to heat consuming equipment, then return the thermal oil to reheat, so the cycle, realize the continuous transmission of heat, and meet the heating process requirements. Thermal efficiency ≥ 95%, with advanced temperature control system ( ±1-2C°), and safe detection system.
The thermal oil heating system is an integrated design, the upper part is composed of a heater cylinder, and the lower part is installed with a hot oil pump. The main body is welded with square pipe, and the outer part of the cylinder is insulated with high quality aluminum silicate fiber thermal insulation cotton, and then coated with galvanized steel plate. The cylinder and the hot oil pump are connected with a high temperature valve.
Thermal oil is injected into the system through the expansion tank, and the inlet of thermal oil heating furnace is forced to circulate with a high head oil pump. An oil inlet and an oil outlet are respectively provided on the equipment, which are connected by flanges. According to the process characteristics of electric thermal oil heating furnace, the high precision digital explicit temperature controller is selected to automatically start the optimal process parameters for PID temperature control. The control system is a closed-circuit negative feed system. The oil temperature signal detected by the thermocouple is transmitted to the PID controller, which drives the contactless controller and the output duty cycle in the fixed period, so as to control the output power of the heater and meet the heating requirements.
