- 1. Pipe material and pressure resistance
- 1. Material selection: When the operating temperature is above 500℃: select high temperature resistant alloys (such as 310S stainless steel, Inconel alloy) to prevent high temperature oxidation and creep.
- 2. Pressure resistance design: Calculate the wall thickness according to the medium pressure (such as the steam pipeline needs to withstand 0.5~2MPa pressure), in accordance with ASME, GB and other standards.

2. Heating element layout
Use built-in heating pipes to ensure uniform heat radiation and avoid local overheating.

3. Insulation and heat dissipation design
1. Insulation layer: Aluminum silicate fiber material is used, the thickness is calculated according to heat loss (target heat loss ≤5%), and the outer layer is wrapped with metal guard plate to prevent bumps.
2. Heat dissipation control: If local heat dissipation is required, a heat sink or ventilation structure can be designed to avoid excessive shell temperature (usually the shell temperature is ≤50℃ to prevent burns).
