Flange immersion heating elements are high capacity electric heating elements made for tanks and/or pressurized vessels. It is consist of hairpin bent tubular elements welded or brazed into a flange and provided with wiring boxes for electrical connections. Flange heaters are installed by bolting to a matching flange welded to the tank wall or nozzle. A wide selection of flange sizes, kilowatt ratings,voltages, terminal housings and sheath materials makes these heaters ideal for all types of heating applications. Various types of electrical protection housing, built in thermostats, thermocouple options and high limit switches can be incorporated.
This type of unit gives simple, low cost installation, 100% heating efficiency generated within the solution, and minimum resistance to the circulation of solutions to be heated.

2. Several standard formations and mounting bushings available.
3. Standard fin is high temperature painted steel with steel sheath.
4. Optional stainless steel fin with stainless steel or incoloy sheath for corrosion resistance.
