What’s the component of electric thermal oil furnace?

Electric thermal oil furnace is widely used in chemical industry, oil, pharmaceutical, textile, building materials, rubber, food and other industries, and it is a very promising industrial heat treatment equipment.

Usually, Electric thermal oil furnace is consists of the following parts:

1. Furnace body: The furnace body includes the furnace shell, heat insulation material and glass fiber insulation material. The shell of the furnace body is usually made of high-quality carbon steel plate, which can be treated with anti-corrosion paint. The inner wall of the furnace is covered with high temperature resistant paint, which can increase the service life of the inner wall.

2. Heat transfer oil circulation system: The heat transfer oil circulation system is composed of oil tank, oil pump, pipeline, heater, condenser, oil filter and so on. After the heat transfer oil is heated in the heater, it circulates through the pipeline to transfer heat energy to the material or equipment that needs to be heated. After the oil cools down, it returns to the tank for recycling.

3. Electric heating element: The electric heating element is usually made of high-quality nickel-chromium alloy electric heating tube, placed in the heat transfer oil heater, which can quickly heat the heat transfer oil to the set temperature.

4. Control system: The control system is composed of temperature controller, electrical control box, flow meter, liquid level gauge, pressure gauge, etc. The temperature controller can realize automatic temperature control and alarm. The electrical control box centrally controls the electrical equipment of each part of the furnace body, and has the functions of waterproof, dustproof and anticorrosion. Generally speaking, the electric heat conduction oil furnace has rich configurations and composition forms, which can be customized according to the different needs of users to meet various special industrial heating needs.
