Key Features
- Integrated Thermocouple:Equipped with a high-sensitivity K-type or J-type thermocouple, embedded directly into the heating band for accurate, real-time temperature measurement. The thermocouple provides fast response times (≤2 seconds) and a temperature measurement range of -40°C to 800°C, ensuring precise control over heating processes.
- High-Quality Heating Element:Constructed from nickel-chromium (NiCr) alloy heating wire, known for its excellent oxidation resistance and long service life. The wire is evenly wound around a ceramic core, ensuring uniform heat distribution across the entire band surface with a heat transfer efficiency of over 90%.
- Durable Construction:The outer casing is made of stainless steel (304 or 316 grade) for exceptional corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. The insulation layer uses high-temperature magnesium oxide (MgO) powder, which can withstand temperatures up to 1000°C and provides excellent electrical insulation (insulation resistance ≥100 MΩ at 500V DC).
- Easy Installation & Maintenance:Designed with split or solid band configurations for quick installation on cylindrical surfaces such as barrels, pipes, and molds. The thermocouple is pre-wired with a heat-resistant cable (up to 200°C) and labeled for straightforward connection to temperature controllers. The heater's modular design allows for easy replacement of components without disassembling entire systems.
