The stainless steel mica band heater is made of stainless steel plate, mica sheet, resistance wire/tape, stainless steel plate with a standard thickness of 0.3 mm to 0.5 mm, in the middle, the resistance wire/strip winds the mica sheet, and adds 1-2 pieces of mica sheet on each side to insulate again. They can be made into many different shapes according to your requirements. The mica band heater can be made as 110V, 220V, 380V or DC voltage.

2. Good insulation performance, insulation resistance greater than 100MΩ.
