The extruder ceramic fully enclosed heating ring is a kind of alloy wire wound around a small ceramic square, and the outside is wrapped in a stainless steel shell. The heating element is made of imported round ceramic wire wound into a spring shape and inserted into a ceramic strip. The outer cover is made of stainless steel, and high-temperature insulation cotton (aluminum silicate fiber board) is used in the middle to prevent temperature leakage. Ceramic heaters are available in coil and plate shapes.
Mainly used in plastic processing machinery, depending on the application, these heaters are equipped with an external energy-saving heat shield that offers the best combination of physical strength, high emittance and good thermal conductivity, can heat cartridge parts, is suitable for jacket temperatures up to 500 °C as well as energy saving.
