Air Duct heater for coating line is a heating device installed in the air supply duct. It uses electrical energy as a heat source to heat the air flowing through the pipeline through internal electric heating elements (usually electric heating tubes), providing stable and clean hot air for the coating process.

Working principle

Start condition: The blower is started, and air flow is generated in the air duct. Then open the heating part.

Heating process: The control system compares the set target temperature with the actual temperature feedback from the temperature sensor, and controls the solid-state relay to output the corresponding power to the electric heating tube through PID calculation.

Heat exchange: Cold air is forced to flow through the surface of the electrically heated electric heating tube by the fan, and undergoes sufficient heat exchange, resulting in an increase in temperature.

Accurate temperature control: The PID controller continuously compares and fine tunes, ensuring that the exhaust temperature remains stable within the set required range with minimal fluctuations.

Security protection: In case of abnormal situations such as temperature exceeding the limit and etc., the protection system will immediately cut off the power and sound an alarm.
